All products from blush. are handmade by craftsmen in Italy which we spent months finding the best atelier through traveling. It was seriously hard to find the places that produce or even have the skills made by hand these days.
With hoping to preserve this classic shoe making technic, we decided to apply it into our products even it takes more time than other shoes labels produced by the factory around the world.

The lining of the Bologna shoe is sewn together with the inner sole, creating a kind of tube.
The resulting space between the inner sole and the outsole is used for additional cushioning, whereby the stitching goes from the inside of the shoe towards the outside in order to allow the construction the required flexibility.
